AC Inspection Includes:

  • Check Contactor
  • Check Capacitor
  • Check Wiring and Electrical at unit​
• Inspection of Air Handler
  • Copper connections
  • Electrical Connections at Air Handler 
  • Ductwork and flex
  • Coil (If Accessible, clean if needed) ​​
  • Primary Drain from Unit
    • ​Add Algae Tabs

Heater Inspections include:

• Electrical​ Connections at Unit
• Test on Safety Switches
• (On Gas Systems Only)
  • Bubble Test Gas Connections at Unit
• Inspect Flame Sensors
• Clean Heat Exchanger (If Needed)
• Check for Cracks in Heat Exchanger
• Check for Proper Connections at Flue Pipe
• Check for any Blockage in Flue Pipe
• Inspection of all Duct Connections
