We do it all! From filter changes and coil cleanings, to the replacements of parts on a system. With our Commercial Maintenance Plan you'll have peace of mind in knowing your unit is being maintained by qualified technicians.
Our Maintenance Includes:
Replace / Install new filters
Clean the coil
Add new algae tabs to drain pan
Replace/ tighten belt

We will make sure your system is ready for the next tenant or for the upcoming weather season.
Spring/ Summer AC Inspection Includes:
Inspection of Condenser
-Check contactor
-Check capacitor
-Check wiring and Electrical at Unit
Inspection of Air Handler
-Copper Connections
-Electrical Connections at Air Handler
-Ductwork and Flex
-Coil (if accessible)
-Primary Drain from Unit
-Add Algae tabs to Drain Pan
Filter & Return Air Duct
Fall/ Winter Inspections Includes:
Electrical Connections at Unit
Test Safety Switches
Bubble Test Gas Connections at Unit (on gas systems only)
Inspect Flame Sensors (on gas systems only)
Check for cracks in Heat Exchanger
Check for Proper Connections at Flue Pipe
Check for any blockage at Flue Pipe
Inspection of all Duct Connections
HVAC WARRANTY
* HVAC warranties come standard 5 year compressor, 1 year parts & labor with all commercial units regardless of brand and tonnage. But we do offer labor and part coverage plans extending the initial coverage through our partnership with AIG.
