Inspect contactor and capacitor
Check all wiring and electrical connections
Inspect overall condenser condition
Air Handler:
Inspect copper and electrical connections
Check ductwork and flex connections
Inspect coil (if accessible)
Inspect primary drain line
Add algae tabs to drain pan
Additional Checks:
Replace/ Inspect air filters
Inspect return air duct

Inspect electrical connections
Test safety switches
Bubbles test gas connections (gas systems only)
Inspect flame sensors (gas systems only)
Check heat exchanger for cracks

HVAC WARRANTY
* HVAC warranties come standard 5 year compressor, 1 year parts & labor with all commercial units regardless of brand and tonnage. But we do offer labor and part coverage plans extending the initial coverage through our partnership with AIG.
